Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery Funding

The Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission (GCRPC), through a memorandum of understanding with the Texas General Land Office (GLO), and funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), was responsible for the development of Methods of Distribution for Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding supporting two locally administered long-term recovery programs: 1) Local Buyout and Acquisition Program; and 2) Local Infrastructure Program.
